Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of AdPilot, operated by Twig Software Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using AdPilot you agree to them.

1. The service

AdPilot lets you create and manage campaigns in your own Google Ads accounts. Campaigns run in Google Ads under your account and are billed to you by Google. Campaigns created by AdPilot start turned off; you decide when to turn them on.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep your AdPilot password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Only connect Google Ads accounts you are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for your ads, budgets and spend, and for following Google Ads policies and applicable laws.
• If you collect leads, you are responsible for having a privacy policy for your customers and handling their details lawfully.

3. Google

AdPilot is not made or endorsed by Google. Your use of Google Ads is also governed by Google's own terms. Google may reject, limit or stop campaigns under its policies.

4. Availability and changes

We work to keep AdPilot available and accurate but provide it "as is". We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice of significant changes where we can.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or advertising spend resulting from your use of AdPilot or Google Ads.

6. Ending use

You can stop using AdPilot and disconnect Google at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
