Privacy policy

This policy explains what information AdPilot collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. AdPilot is operated by Twig Software Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"), India. AdPilot is available at ads.verifiedenquiries.com.

1. Information we collect

• Your AdPilot account: your username, an optional email address and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Google Ads connection: when you connect Google Ads, Google gives AdPilot an access token for the permission you approved. We store it so AdPilot can act on your behalf until you disconnect.
• Google Ads account details: the IDs of the Google Ads accounts your Google login can access, and each account's name, currency, time zone and status.
• Campaigns you create in AdPilot: names, budgets, website addresses, search phrases, ad text, images, logos and YouTube video links you enter, plus the identifiers Google assigns when a campaign is created.
• Campaign performance: figures such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions, read from Google Ads when you open the Results page. We display them to you and do not keep a copy.
• Leads: if you add a lead form to a campaign and click "Check for new leads", AdPilot downloads the details people submitted in your form (for example name, email address, phone number and city) so you can follow up.
• Activity and technical logs: a record of important actions (such as sending a campaign to Google Ads, exporting or deleting leads), and standard web server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested.

2. How we use Google user data

AdPilot requests one Google permission: manage your Google Ads campaigns (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). We use data received through it only to provide the features you use in AdPilot:

• listing the Google Ads accounts you can access;
• creating the campaigns, ads, assets and lead forms you build, and turning them on or off when you ask;
• showing campaign performance on the Results page;
• downloading lead form submissions when you ask.

AdPilot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• we do not sell Google user data;
• we do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalised or interest-based advertising;
• we do not use Google user data to build or train AI or machine-learning models, or to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
• we do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us permission (for example to help with a support request), it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or it is required by law.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only:

• with Google, to carry out the actions you request in your Google Ads accounts;
• with our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region), which stores and processes data on our behalf;
• when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

4. Storage and security

AdPilot data is stored on servers in India (AWS Mumbai region). All traffic to AdPilot uses HTTPS. Each AdPilot user can see only their own Google Ads connection, accounts, campaigns and leads. Access to the servers is limited to authorised staff.

5. Keeping and deleting data

• Disconnect Google at any time: click Disconnect in the Google Ads accounts section of AdPilot. We ask Google to revoke AdPilot's access and delete the stored token. You can also remove AdPilot at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Leads: you can delete any lead in AdPilot at any time. Deleting it in AdPilot does not delete it from Google Ads.
• Everything else: we keep your data while your AdPilot account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below; we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
• Campaigns you sent to Google Ads remain in your Google Ads account and are governed by Google's policies.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or ask questions about how it is handled, by contacting us. If you are a person whose details were collected through an advertiser's lead form, please contact that advertiser first; we will help them respond.

7. Children

AdPilot is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify users in AdPilot.
